Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how people use the site — which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from, and whether links are clicked. Affiliate links

When you click a product link and go to Amazon, Amazon may set its own cookie so it can attribute a resulting purchase to us and pay a commission. That is how the site is funded — see our affiliate disclosure. We do not receive your name, address, or payment details from Amazon; we only ever see anonymous, aggregated earnings reports. Amazon's handling of your data is governed by Amazon's own privacy notice.

The contact form

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, solely so we can read and reply to you. The message is delivered to our inbox by email and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties. To fight spam, the form uses a hidden honeypot field and basic timing and rate checks — no third-party captcha, and no cross-site tracking script.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We don't run advertising networks or retargeting pixels on this site.
• We don't require you to create an account, because there are no accounts.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics as described above, and simply not submit the contact form if you'd rather not share your details. If you've contacted us and want your message deleted from our inbox, ask and we'll remove it.
